After school support and Homework club begins Sept 12

RMS offers FREE after school support classes, homework club and extended Library Hours. Students must sign in and are released at 4pm. If they are in Think Together after school. Students will check in with Think Together before attending the support classes and report back to Think Together at 4pm.

August 31st will be the RMS back to school night. Back to School Night will be on August 31st from 5:20pm to 7:00pm . Meeting in cafeteria @ 5:00pm in the cafeteria.has been cancelled due to heat wave.

2017-2018 Registration Information

The first day of school for the 2017-2018 school year is August 16th. We will be on Modified Day Schedule and classes will end at 11:58 a.m.

School Site Council Nominations

Rivera Middle School is in the process of electing members to the School Site Council (SSC) for the 2017-2018 school year. The SSC is required for schools receiving categorical funds. Rivera Middle School receives the following categorical funds: Title I. Letters were sent home with your child today 8/21/17. Please return to main office.

8th grade promotion on 6/6/17 at 9am

8th grade Promotion Ceremony will take place promptly on June 6th, 2017 at 9:00 am. Parents will be allowed into the school grounds through the back of the campus at 8:15 am to line up by the gate and no sooner. Gate to enter campus will open at 8:45 am. At 8:15 am the front office will be closed for business except that involving 6th and 7th graders. No exceptions. Seating is limited so if you arrive late you may not have a seat.

Balloons, umbrellas, signs, noise makers or any other item that may disrupt the viewing/hearing of others will not be allowed on campus.
