Schedule Pick Up Schedule Pick days and times. Data Confirmation must be completed in order to pick up schedule. Wednesday August 5, 2021 *7th graders: 9:00 am -11:30 am 6th graders: 1:00pm-3:00 pm Monday August 9th 2021 *8th graders: 1:00pm -3:00pm In addition, All incoming 7th graders( and 8th graders who have been notified by our health clerk) are required to meet immunization requirements for varicella (chickenpox) and pertussis (whooping cough) before returning to campus next school year. These requirements can be met through proof of 2 doses of the varicella vaccine and 1 dose of the pertussis vaccine (known as Tdap). In preparation for next school year, please check your child’s immunization record. Please contact office at 562 801-7580 to schedule an appointment to drop off records.

📣ATTENTION PARENTS! Data Confirmation in now open!

All returning students from ERUSD must complete data confirmation. Data Confirmation must be completed ( and all vaccinations must be updated ) in order to pick up student's schedule when school begins August 11. Dates to pick up student schedules TBD. All incoming 7th graders and any 8th graders (who have not submitted their Vaccine documentation last year due to online learning) are required to meet immunization requirements for varicella (chickenpox) and pertussis (whooping cough) before returning to campus next school year. These requirements can be met through proof of 2 doses of the varicella vaccine and 1 dose of the pertussis vaccine (known as Tdap). In preparation for next school year, please check your child’s immunization record. If your child: ● Already had the varicella and/or pertussis vaccine; save your child’s immunization record and bring it to the Health Office when school staff return. Proof must be provided to the school sites before students will be allowed to attend on-campus classes. ● DOES NOT HAVE the varicella and/or pertussis vaccine; contact your child’s physician to review immunizations and clinic hours. If your child does not have a physician, dial 2-1-1 or visit www.211la.org for local immunization resources. Under California law, vaccines required for school may no longer be excused due to personal beliefs, including religious beliefs. Please contact your child’s medical provider for information on how to obtain a medical exemption. California schools are required to check immunization records for all new student admissions at TK/Kindergarten through 12th grade and all students advancing to 7th grade before entry. Varicella and pertussis vaccines will be required prior to returning to campus for the 2021/2022 school year.

Welcome Back! We’re excited to start this new school year with you. Our program will take place after school in-person from end of school day to 6pm and we are here to support both students and parents. Come join us, our program offers students: ➢ Academic Support ➢ Clubs/ Workshops ➢ Events/ Activities Overall, this will be an opportunity for students to have social interaction while engaging in a safe environment with Staff and other students. We have a new process to register your student(s) into our program all online.
