Greetings Parents and Students,

This is Mr. Newton from Rivera Middle School.  I am pleased to be your RSP teacher (special education) for this academic school year.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your education here at Rivera, please feel free to contact me at any time during school hours.  Now that we are back on campus I can be contacted through the Rivera MS front office personnel.  In addition, I have set up a google classroom specifically for RSP students so that we may video chat regarding homework/classwork assignments; or other issues that may arise during my office/support hours as indicated on the stream page of the RSP google classroom.  Parents may also use google classroom as a platform to communicate with me as well.  Most students have already accepted my invitation to RSP google classroom, but some have not.  Please affirm as to whether you have accepted your invitation.  This google classroom is another resource for additional help should you need it.  I encourage you to use it when having difficulty with your classes.
