Do you ever wish that you and your student could communicate better? Do you want to see an improvement in your family relationship?
The Family Communication Class is for you. The 7 week Family Communication Parenting Class which will begin on Thursday, November 1st from 5:30-8:00 at El Rancho High School in room K203. The class focuses on improving communication between parents and children/adolescents (e.g. identifying and removing barriers to communication such as defensive listening, yelling, sarcasm,etc.) The class is provided in Spanish for the parents and in English for the children (age 10+). After they work separately with the parents and children/adolescents, they bring them back together at the end of the class to practice the new skills.
