Please be advised that we will accept a PCR or an Antigen Test, from a Health Care Provider or from a Medical Facility, that is dated no earlier than 3 days prior to your child’s scheduled weekly testing date.
Submit results to the School Nurse or your School Principal prior to your child entering school.
Home Tests Kits will NOT be accepted at this time.

We would like to inform you that if your child is absent on the scheduled day of testing, you will need to take your child to a centrally located district COVID-19 Test site prior to your child’s return to school.
