Let's get started how long have you been involved in the field of Education College Indiana became a teacher and I was principal for a long time for 15 years and then I work in district office and then it was Associates of potential over 30 years actually working and now I'm superintendent here in this great District what does a superintendent do really good question and you know I don't get enough but a superintendent's main job is to be able to oversee all aspects of a school district so we re Dimension smoke if your muscles are high school alternatives and in our don't supposed to my job is to make sure that everything is functioning properly with the board that there's enough money to be able to set the vision what are things that I'm hoping for a district is to to say we are going to be a competitive why do you decide to become a superintendent I really enjoyed every aspect of my teacher I love being a principal and then once more students by being a superintendent people encourage me to go for that position since pm question the best thing about Ranchos the food now students and the staff it's fabulous one of the favorite things that I like to do is visit schools and get to know the students and get to know their hopes in their dream and know that there's so much love for this District so I really loved meeting the people that work here that they go to school here because you're very very special really cares so what are your goals for their arrest my school district as well my hope is that we have with a world-class education system in El Rancho Unified School District opportunity to learn at high levels I enjoyed our schools you're graduating competitive with any other school in the area so that you have the best possible education that you can possibly have I also want to have great Sports programs I want to have great opportunities for bad and and other extracurricular activities help me to improve our educational system to be the best you can possibly be if money and time were not an issue Google anywhere in the world where would you choose and why I wish it wasn't so much balance I love visiting Mexico so I love to be just visiting and Beach area is so how would you describe yourself as a student when you were in the you know what I was not the best student you know but I love sports and I love the music so I used to be in the marching band that I was also in that ex and I played a lot of baseball and football and basketball that was the kind of student that really like to do I went to school for the extra-curricular stuff you know not not for the academic but the way I learned things that I needed to learn and I push myself to be good at some other things as well sports for sale Sona so what shimmy networks do you have and so those are the ones that resign actually I'm embarrassed to say but but there is not the Karate Kid one but the one that is coming back as well I want to get into it okay so this is a lightning you're sleeping when you were younger can you tell us about that what instrument did you play What musician is fire do you know what questions I was in a band called bad attitude for me I have so many places as a great experience cuz I got a chance to visit and play in many places at 3 call Jerry what's a bass player as well and he was the singer of the band the police and then later he developed his own solo career and so I really liked his music and enjoy his writing style in and really learned a lot from learning the songs I have to check them out you have a favorite song by him by the band Every Breath You Take any motivation at school really good you're one of the best things that I can tell student is have to believe in themselves because if you believe in yourselves things will happen know that people believe in you and if you work hard you can achieve anything is surround yourself with people care about you people care want what's best for you and that's your parents or teachers or friends you know but if they care about you they're going to push you to excel you know what you know the difference between right and wrong and stay on the right side of that make good choices and bad choices and that's going to give you in the right place or stores also that that I would say perseverance in Integrity really means doing the right thing when no one's watch so if you continue to do the right thing when you continue to work hard and in and not make bad choices you're going to be successful no matter what happens so that's what I would say Insider by Eagles what is fantastic interview Dr Villegas I had heard about superintendents before but I never knew what they actually do I have to say it looks like a fun person and I think everyone for unified is lucky to have him answered and I have to say I was surprised how much is into music on a side note is not that bad at playing the electric guitar and drums Eagles from this exciting interview with what's our next and final segment has anchors this week we got together with some other students and ate some delicious food videos of having a mukbang I can't quite put my finger on it but I swear I just seen your latest before strips and Fries cheeseburgers Alice fruit and lots of ranch let's get started so far it's nice the teachers are very nice and helpful yeah I like all my teachers I've had so far to elementary school but in a good way to miss Villegas okay ladies night? Are we supposed to be eating eating now Fry's I love those guys there is a lot of ranch are you on a chicken keep on over there what jobs oh no here happy face Serious Sam now we started eating let's get on to our next question what is your least favorite foods everything that's a good answer mine is pasta how to enjoy pasta to what about you ladies what do you like to eat I really enjoyed I did chicken strips and Fries a lot when I go out so like everything when I am kind of picky but I say this let's see my favorite food is either. Or manual steak I love a good steak after soccer game that's interested in your favorite subject I have to say my favorite subject is because I really like running and she's my mom Ivory ivory enjoy art because I love drawing and coloring but about you ladies what's your favorite subject I would have to say history I like learning about how colonies were made and how different countries were created I say I say in Spanish I like learning another language let's see I enjoyed English I like how Miss Riley's class is challenging everything everything cheeseburger chicken strips chicken strips or cheeseburger to the chicken tenders and the cheeseburgers came from. and the family from the fruit came from karamba you guys get a lot of stuff from other students ask you about it or not really yes kind of is just a lot of people are is like oh where you on that I owe your popular never because Thunder videos motivated remember if you don't get haters then you're not in case you're wondering trials are held in January February so make sure you always want to get more information because it has if I seasoning on them and give me some good the sugar tooth are really been okay so far last and final question are you guys planning on being in video production for the next three years in Middle School definitely this is such a fun experience I really like whatever that cuz I'm so I'm going to probably stay for the next three years it's really fun to like film and see things getting done over here.
