PBIS

Awards: Every month, two students are selected from each grade level by their teachers to be The Eagle of the Month.  These students exemplify the RMS way and are Respectful, Motivated, and Scholarly.   

Teachers also select an additional two students from each grade level that have demonstrated GRIT and are acknowledged as The Growth Mindset Eagles of the Month.  These students have not only met challenges, but overcome them.  They have recognized failure as a learning tool and an important part of the learning process.  They persevere and do whatever it takes to succeed.
