Ms. Cordes was "An Alien for The Day" Today!

Students had to write the procedure for "How to Make A Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich" for homework last night (Thursday).

Today, they had to "Teach an Alien How to Make A PB & J Sandwich."  If the kids could help the "Alien" make a sandwich… anyone who wanted a piece was allowed the opportunity to eat a square of the sandwich pieces the "Alien" cut for them.

At the culmination of the activity, students were able to re-evaluate the procedures they wrote the night before.  Any adjustments that needed to be made were allowed prior to turning their "Science Journal" in for a grade.
