8th Grade Promotion Ceremony Information Finalized

Parent will be allowed into the school grounds through the back of the campus at 10:00am and no sooner. At 10am the front office will be closed for business except that involving 6th and 7th graders. No exceptions. Seating is limited so if you arrive late you may not have a seat. 

Balloons, umbrellas or any other item that may disrupt the viewing of others will not be allowed in the seating area. 

The 8th grade Promotion Ceremony will take place promptly on June 5th, 2014 at 11am. 8th Grade students will come to school dressed ready for promotion. As we have many procedural items to complete students who do not arrive on time will not be able to participate in the ceremony.

8th grade students must wear appropriate clothing for the Promotion. This includes girls dresses. All district rules and guidelines are in effect. They are posted o n our website. No overly revealing clothing will be allowed. Our students are participating in an academic promotion they are not going to a dance.
