Attached is a letter from our Superintendent, Dr. Esparza, regarding ongoing testing for students and staff. This testing will be a self-administered nasal swab processed by Pico Care Pharmacy and will be conducted at school each Friday through your child's Spanish Classes.
Also attached is a consent form giving your authorization for your student to be tested by Pico Care at Rivera Middle School.
These consent forms must be returned to your child's Spanish teacher or download consent form in the link below

All students are expected to return the permission slips by Thursday in order to test on Friday. Families are asked to support our COVID Safety protocols by completing the consent form allowing your student to be tested and continue to attend their classes.
